Our work · Phoenix
Many Tempe homes still have original or once-updated bathrooms from decades ago: small footprints, colored tile, tub-shower combos and little ventilation. Some have just one full bath for the whole house.
A full bathroom remodel replaces everything: tile shower or new tub, vanity and top, flooring, fixtures, lighting, fan and paint. Where it fits, we can also make better use of the space or add storage.
We completed a full home remodel in Tempe in 2018. The home pictured above is one of our Tempe projects.
Local know-how
Older baths often hide worn supply lines and drains. Opening the walls lets us replace them while everything is accessible.
Smart vanity sizing, niches and glass make compact mid-century bathrooms feel larger.
Many older baths have little or no exhaust. A properly sized fan protects the new finishes.
Planning
Many Tempe homes still have original or once-updated bathrooms with colored tile, small showers and limited ventilation. A full bathroom remodel takes the room down to the studs, replaces older supply lines and drains, adds proper waterproofing and builds a new shower or tub, vanity, tile floor and lighting.
Compact mid-century bathrooms benefit from smart planning: a frameless glass panel instead of a curtain, a right-sized vanity, recessed niches and large-format tile make a small room feel more open.
Every bathroom remodel starts with a free in-home estimate. We walk the space with you, measure, talk through layout, materials and budget, and then give you a clear written quote. Once you approve it, we order materials, schedule the work and keep you updated until the final walkthrough.
